We ended up having a lovely stay and can happily recommend the house. The turning point was watching the World Cup final with our hosts, then spending hours talking in English and getting to know one another. Before that, though, we were surprised to find that the advertised second bed for my parents was in the kitchen beside the refrigerator. We paid extra to book another bedroom, which initially felt like a bit of a rip-off. The holiday complex itself is beautiful, in a lovely house with a fairly central location.
