The traditional character of the house was a big part of what I liked, and the grounds and house were well maintained for such a large place. I stayed with family and friends and had a great time. It did get cold at times, though I can see how heating a house that size would be difficult. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The bathrooms and kitchens still work, though they have a vintage feel. The game rooms have been renovated and are practical, and the bohemian living rooms are wonderful. There's a well-kept garden and a pool, too. It's a lovely place for private parties and can sleep around 19 people.
