The rooms were spacious, clean, easy to reach, and felt high quality. The resort is close to the sea, with plenty of entertainment for the kids day and night. My family, including our two boys aged 10 and 14, had a really lovely holiday. The manager and his wife were so kind and made us feel looked after. A great place to relax and have fun, and I’d happily recommend it. We came home more than satisfied.

The friendly wait staff and the entertainment were the only real positives. For what we paid, I expected a lot more, and I wouldn’t come back. The apartment was dirty and neglected, with crumbs and hair around, a bathroom that didn’t feel sanitary, dusty curtains and sofa, and run-down furniture and shower. The pool was smaller than the photos made it look, and some tiles were loose. At the affiliated beach club, the bathroom was dirty, showers cost extra, and the bar was poorly maintained. Meals felt more like cafeteria food: often cold, repetitive, salty or fried, and sometimes poor quality, including frozen fish. There wasn’t much variety or consideration for children. Breakfast was all sweet, despite the promise of savory options, and the dining room wasn’t cleaned well either. This didn’t feel like a four-star experience at all.

The entertainment team was adorable and helped us have a lot of fun, and Sebastian and Rosi in the restaurant were fantastic and incredibly helpful. I feel for them, since they had to follow the rules. We spent two weeks here as a family, though, and were badly disappointed after trusting the good reviews. The apartment was dated and dirty, with just two small burners and one saucepan. We had all-inclusive, so I only needed to make baby food for my little girl. The air conditioning smelled bad. Staff came several times, but all they did was spray perfume into it, and the smell returned after a couple of days. Restaurant hours were very limited: if we arrived late, lunch or dinner had to be finished within an hour, with courses brought one after another because they wouldn’t extend the time. Pool hours were strict too, and it wasn’t well maintained. The photos showed what looked like dining by the pool, but that wasn’t what we found. The evening fun from the entertainment staff was one of the things that helped us get through the stay.

The kids had a good time with the friendly entertainment staff, especially during the morning beach games, including the juice game for children and aperitif game for adults. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well looked after, and management acted quickly when we reported a problem. We stayed at the Alemia Village from August 10 to 24, 2025, as one of four families, each with two children aged 6 to 10. It’s a small family-run residence with about 60 apartments and a fairly large pool with loungers and umbrellas. It’s a shame the pool is cordoned off, which makes it feel like a private villa. The Madama lido is about a five-minute walk away, but the man managing it was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The restrooms were run down and often dirty. We expected more from the evening shows. They were poorly organized, often had no microphone or constant power cuts, and we couldn’t hear anything, so we went out every night to find entertainment. I’d recommend the place only to people looking for peace and quiet. I trust the establishment will leave this review up for future guests.

The head entertainer and his team did a great job getting even the older kids involved. The resort is small, peaceful, and very clean, with the clear sea only a few steps away. It seems especially well suited to families with children. The sofa bed could be more comfortable, and some shade over the kids’ play area would be nice. The bar didn’t have much in stock, and I wish the restaurant offered takeout.
