The large outdoor parking area is free, and the house is clean and nicely furnished. It's also well placed for getting quickly to the sea or the main amenities. I could call it typical Southern hospitality, but even that wouldn't do it justice. The owner, Mr. Gianpiero, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He took care of what I needed for the overnight stay and even helped me personally. That's what makes a B&B different from a hotel, the people, not the building.

The rooms, bathroom, and shared area were all impeccably clean, and the owner was kind, friendly, and helpful. This is an excellent B&B and very good value, in a quiet residential area a short distance from the city center. My room had a great bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, and fridge. Breakfast was simple but just right, served in a pleasant common room with everything you need. There's also a large parking area, handy if you're driving. Congratulations!

The location turned out to be closer to the beach than I expected, just a 10-minute walk, and the area is quiet with plenty of parking. The owner welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. Our room was clean and pleasant, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a fridge. Breakfast was simple but complete.
