They said bringing two dogs, specifically two German Shepherds, was no problem when I booked the apartment. After making the 800 km trip, I was turned away because dogs weren’t allowed. In August, I couldn’t find other accommodation, so I had to travel another 800 km back. Money and vacation time wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the lack of professionalism and their attitude toward medium-sized dogs.

We stayed a few summer nights in a ground-floor unit. The place is nice overall, and the neighbors were friendly and polite. But the pool was dirty and didn’t look inviting, and the apartment needed more upkeep and cleaning. We found several insects, especially ants, spiders, and mosquitoes. You really need a car to get there. The property is up a hill, reached by a few hairpin bends, and it’s far from the sea and all amenities. A shame, because it deserves better.

We drove 800 km to get there after the owners confirmed they’d accept our two German shepherds, then had to drive another 800 km home when they refused the dogs. I need to file a complaint. I don’t think these people should be trusted to rent an apartment, since they don’t like animals, who in my opinion are better than many people. I’ll take this up with lawyers and animal rights organizations. Don’t book with them.

I’m so impressed with the place. The accommodation was great and the people super friendly. I really can’t imagine anything better, and I’d love to return.

The people were so kind, and everything was very clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
