Getting around Salento from here was really convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and breakfast came in generous portions with plenty of variety and homemade, genuine food. Lucia deserves a special mention for her tarts made with organic jams and the other sweets. There was fruit from their garden, too, and fresh, colorful flowers on the table. Their organic olive oil was excellent, with distinctive aromas and flavors.

We were the first guests from the Netherlands, and we'd gladly be back. The whole family helps run the B&B, which made our stay feel especially welcoming, and they gave us lots of ideas for exploring the area. It's well placed for visiting southern Puglia, and having a supermarket nearby was handy. Their own-bee honey is delicious and well worth trying. They also adapted the usual Italian breakfast for us with a Dutch touch: fresh bread and a boiled egg. The warm homemade cakes were the best part. All our wishes were taken care of, and we really felt that genuine Italian warmth.

For trips to either coast, the location works really well. Breakfast brought hot pastries and fresh fruit each morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good quality for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend it.
