The hosts were kind, and breakfast was great. Our room was clean and very nice, with mosquito screens on the windows. The views over the hills were even better than the location itself. We only stayed one night, so we couldn't try the pool, but we loved our stay and will come back when we're next in the area.

A peaceful, leafy B&B that's handy for visiting lovely places in both Emilia and Marche. The hosts are really friendly, and breakfast comes with delicious homemade cakes. The rooms are clean and cared for, with plenty of thoughtful details, though you can hear noise between them. Prices are fair, and dogs are welcome.

Marco and Grazia are wonderful people, so welcoming and helpful, and every part of the stay felt thoughtfully taken care of, from breakfast to the room. The setting is quiet but close to amenities, with magical views. It's also well placed for visiting castles, museums, and historic sites. The price was excellent, even in the second half of August. You feel at home here, and leaving means taking a little piece of it in your heart.

We only managed one night this time, which was a shame. The couple running the place are lovely, and the property is beautiful, clean, and well looked after. We'd happily recommend it and will definitely return.
