Mattia deserves special thanks for the excellent service, care, and kindness. I had a very enjoyable stay at this organized, well-managed hotel a short distance from Mantua. My single room was spacious, the bathroom was roomy too, and the bed was queen-size. It also had extras you don’t often see in a 2-star hotel, including an LCD TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, internet access, bottled water, and a welcome snack.

We’re still here while working at a construction site in central Mantua. The location is excellent, only a few minutes on foot from the city center. Mattia has been friendly and is always available when we have a small request. The rooms are cozy and have air conditioning and a TV, though they’re simple and unpretentious.

Mattia, whom we met, deserves special credit for taking care of everything with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The staff are genuinely available to guests, and the welcome felt unusually thoughtful. This is a simple, affordable hotel with clean rooms, parking, and a location that makes it easy to get around. Breakfast is basic but good. It’s the right fit if you don’t need luxury and value respectful, attentive service and straightforward amenities. I also appreciated the recycling and care for the environment, which still seem uncommon.

The Wi-Fi signal isn’t very strong in the rooms, but anyone who needs to work online can use the common room. It has tables, a kitchen, a microwave, and a refrigerator that’s accessible all day. There’s also a TV, heating, and air conditioning. Mattia, Mila, and Alessandra are attentive to guests’ needs, schedules, and rest. I’ve been here four days and will stay a few more. The hotel is welcoming, comfortable, very clean, and carefully maintained. I highly recommend it. Thanks, 4Venti!
