The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. It’s convenient for visiting Mantua when you can’t find a room in the city center. The rooms can be awkward for anyone with mobility problems, since all except one are reached by stairs, and there are architectural barriers throughout the property. They don’t provide a receipt.

It’s central, really nice and clean, and the price is fair. I’d definitely recommend it.

Disgraceful. There was no professionalism or seriousness at all, and unsuspecting customers are the ones who pay for it.
