Fernando made my mornings at Top Motel Milano. He served breakfast every day with a warm welcome, a smile, and real kindness, and that made the start of each day special. The hotel itself was average, but his dedication made the stay memorable. He's a real asset. I wish the hotel had a gym.

Fernando, one of the staff, is an angel. But I'm traveling in a wheelchair, and although the hotel says it's accessible, it isn't. If you need to get around independently, don't book here.

The rooms were well equipped and laid out nicely. Staff were warm, personable, and professional, which really impressed me. I'd make a point of coming back if I needed to.
