We’ll definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely family-run hotel with everything we needed, near Custonaci’s historic center and a short drive from Bay of Cornino beach, where the water is calm and great for swimming. After a day out, there’s a swimming pool to relax in. The family also runs a restaurant, which we highly recommend for its delicious homemade local food. From the hotel, the views toward Erice town up the mountain are stunning. The family and staff were all extremely friendly. Family Francis

Very disappointed. I’d been coming to this restaurant for several years and had always been happy, until this one visit this summer, which was my worst experience there. The rustic appetizer was €15, but it had poor-quality food, defrosted vegetables, leftover pizza, and a sad omelette. The mussels hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the pasta was just okay. The local wine was poor quality, and the beers were mainstream. We’d been seated at our booked table for at least 30 minutes before the waiter came to take our order. The main courses arrived an hour and a half later. The bill was €90 for the three of us. We definitely won’t be back.

We came because we’re staying in Custonaci. It seems to be a family-run hotel and restaurant, and everyone was super friendly. The food was cooked fresh and tasted truly Sicilian. The pasta looked homemade too.

Service was excellent, and the prices were fair. Everything was fresh and tasty. I had cassatalle, homemade ravioli stuffed with ricotta, and caponata, a typical Sicilian vegetable dish. A very good lunch.
