The beach was beautiful, sandy, and clean, and the animation team and events were great. Our son enjoyed them every minute of the week. Still, our stay was deeply disappointing and unsanitary, and it affected the whole vacation. We travel regularly and have never seen such poor cleanliness. On the second night, the sofa bed broke while we were asleep. They replaced it the next day just before midday. Maintenance seemed poor across the resort. We hope management improves housekeeping and maintenance checks so other guests don’t have the same problems.

The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, the pool area is lovely, and the entertainers do a great job. But the facility is old and the infrastructure is poor. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there are holes in the sidewalks, and the air conditioning drips into the room. Bad value for money.
