The food was a highlight of our four nights at Critabianca. Breakfast brought a new cake from Moussa every morning, and we especially loved the almond and banana one. Dinner in the garden was peaceful and delicious, and it's a must. After we mentioned that my husband still hadn't had Pana Cotta in Italy, despite it being his favorite desert, they prepared one especially for him on the evening we ate at the hotel. Moussa puts so much love and energy into his cooking. The Ghione family made our three-week honeymoon in Italy feel magical. Their care started with email booking months ahead, and they helped arrange activities and restaurants during our stay. The elegant, minimal decor had everything we needed and made it easy to relax. Roberta, Nicoletta, Alessandro, Roberto, and Moussa, thank you for a dreamy stay we'll remember for years. If we return to Puglia, we'll come back to Critabianca. Fondly, Jules & Audrey.

Breakfast here was one of the most unusual and memorable experiences I've had. It's a romantic masseria, with impeccable service and a lovely family touch. Thanks to Alessandro and his family for hosting us.

Roberto and Roberta were such sweet hosts, greeting us and making us feel like family. The hotel itself is beautiful, from its decor and design to the rooms and food. We also took a cooking lesson for two with Moussa. He explained everything patiently and in detail, and the meal we made together was delicious. We've told our family, friends, and everyone we know what a great place it is. We'd recommend it 11/10!

Critabianca was easily the best stay of our trip, and nothing else we booked came close. The Ghione family's hospitality felt like being at a friend's home, and you can tell it comes from their love and passion for what they do. Everything felt carefully done, from the warm welcome and comfortable rooms to the decor and beautifully kept grounds. We still miss the cookies, brioche, and focaccia Roberto baked each morning, and the breakfasts were amazing. Don't skip dinner either. Moussa is a wonderful chef, making everything fresh with local ingredients. We'll definitely return.

We are already trying to work out an excuse to come back. This is an incredibly special place, run by a truly lovely family, and we hope to see everyone again soon. From the moment we arrived, Nicoletta, Roberta, Roberto, and Moussa made us feel welcome. Nicoletta had been so kind and helpful in arranging the stay, and Roberto was a warm, down-to-earth host who shared tips on where to go, what to do, and where to find the area's best ice cream. The house, gardens, and grounds are stunning, with a renovation and decor we loved so much that we'd like Roberta to design our new home. Moussa is a talented chef who talked us through his menus and dishes with real care, and even shared recipes for some favorites.
