Calling it a romantic room meant we had to stand at an angle in the shower, since the whole room was slanted. Parking was extremely limited too. Our room was on the third floor, but the elevator only reached the second, so we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs. I've never come across a so-called four-star hotel like this. What a joke, four stars indeed.

The spa and its facilities were really good, and my room was awesome. The lady who gave me a massage was very professional and extremely attractive 🤭. I could have stayed forever 😁. Great hotel!

Check-in set a poor tone: nobody at reception gave us any information when we arrived. During the stay, most of the staff came across as unfriendly, and the place clearly wasn't family-friendly. Bar staff and housekeeping were the exceptions, genuinely kind and professional. Nearly every service costs extra, which makes the four-star rating highly questionable. In most of Europe, I'd say this would barely qualify for two stars, especially with so many added charges. The spa hygiene was alarming too, with a strong mold smell in the whirlpool and visible mold on the ceiling. Simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families.

We arrived a day earlier than planned and stayed for one night. The rooms are a very good size, and the air conditioning worked really well. Would definitely stay again!

Set away from the center of the town, this is a good choice if you want somewhere quiet in this part of Sicily. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept. Service was quite okay, and breakfast was fairly good with a decent variety. Rates were average when we visited in November, though they may rise in peak months. I'd be happy to return.
