Antico Borgo Sanda Lago Maggiore

Andrea was so friendly and welcoming, with great social skills. He made us feel like we were staying in a five star hotel, and we're grateful for his hospitality and the whole experience. I'd love to come back :) The villa has two rooms, each with its own terrace, one overlooking the inner garden and the other by the outdoor entrance. We booked both, and really enjoyed them. Breakfast was also so good that I'll be looking for something like it back home :(

This was an unforgettable stop on our honeymoon. The area is beautiful, and the B&B is near Laveno, where you can spend time by the lake or take a ferry to other places around it. We also found a day trip to Milan easy to do by car. Our host made us feel at home, starting each day with an incredible breakfast and sharing useful ideas for relaxing excursions. They also booked us tables at some amazing restaurants, the best ones!

Andrea was both professional and hospitable, and we had a delightful anniversary stay. The rooms were clean and beautiful, the location was great, and breakfast was good. We hope to return.

Costantino and his son Andrea are such kind, interesting people. Talking with them gave us an authentic Italian experience, and they made us feel like royalty at the breakfast table Costantino prepared. The suite was gorgeous, with a warm feel, a huge bed, a lovely bathroom, and a balcony with a great view. Breakfast was marvelous: fresh orange juice, wonderful homemade jam, cheese and ham, eggs just right, and cakes the host baked for us each night for the next morning. Best place ever, we'll definitely be back!
