I paid £168, but that's beside the point, this felt like fraud and that's unacceptable in any business. I booked through Expedia using the location shown on its site and the hotel's website. They said Bergamo airport was a 5 minute drive away and the city centre only a few minutes away. In reality, the airport drive was 25 minutes, and we couldn't visit Bergamo. I was ill the day before, so we stayed one night instead of the two booked. Taxi fares were all over the place: 39 euros going to the hotel, then 50 euros to the airport the next morning. The Expedia team wasn't helpful, and Spa Hotel Parigi 2 stopped caring once they'd taken the money. I'm going to pursue this through court. If anyone else has experienced what they believe was fraud, chase your money or contact me.

The hotel is 20 km from the city. The website said it was only a few minutes from the heart of Bergamo, but that wasn't true. It's too far from everything.

The spa was beautiful, the massage was amazing, and the staff were lovely. I'll definitely come back!

The spa was a highlight: relaxing, well organized, clean, and lovely to spend time in, with a perfect scent and music. The rooms have been renovated, the bed was amazing, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone on staff was very friendly, and breakfast was super tasty. And don't skip the real Italian espresso at the bar, the aromas in the coffee blend amazed us. I highly recommend this hotel!

A very nice little hotel close to Bergamo Airport (BGY). My room was clean, tidy, and well equipped, with a comfortable double bed. The air-conditioning didn't work properly, or some of its functions were blocked. Still, it was a good stay for a reasonable price. Recommend.
