I can’t even give this hotel one star, though the site required me to click one to post 🙄. I called on June 19 to ask whether it was near the train station, since I was booking through booking.com. The owner, Massimo, persuaded me to book directly with him instead. I emailed to confirm three triple rooms for July 23 to 25, and he replied confirming them. I have the email thread as proof. He also told me to call again a few days before July 23. When I did, I found out he had booked only one room, not three. He just pointed fingers at his business partner and acted like a two year old. Keep your word and honor your commitments. Family time is precious, and his carelessness ruined our weekend. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!

We had a lovely stay in this cozy hotel, just 100 meters from the train station and a two-minute walk from the beach. The setting is magnificent, and it’s a great spot for exploring the Cinque Terre. The owners and all the staff were incredibly kind. We brought our cat, and everything went smoothly. Even when the cleaning staff came to our room, they pampered the cat ☺️. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel and want a wonderful stay.
