The view is the main thing, it's astonishing! The apartment also has a cozy feel and a unique atmosphere, and the hosts are lovely people.

We loved the little apartment Luciano and Nina hosted us in, and it suited our family with two daughters perfectly. Its charm is in the details: antique furniture, art books, vintage dishes, and even a touch of Holy Spirit. We spent three days in Dervio by Lake Como. You can cook, read, play, sleep, or look out at the lake, and the thunderstorms put on quite a show. Luciano and Nina were so friendly and shared plenty of helpful recommendations. Google Translate and WhatsApp made communicating easy. We'll definitely come back!

The owners were so kind and gave us excellent ideas for outings to the lake and mountains. We had a wonderful time in this apartment with its breathtaking lake view. We’ll definitely return, highly recommend!

SPECTACULAR! Nina Luciano welcomed us to a charming apartment overlooking Lake Como, and it was a perfect base for our bike tour around the lake. Its location was strategic. Nina and Luciano safely stored our gear and, although we'd booked just one night, waited for us to get back and offered us a shower.
