Appartamento Casa Vacanze Spiaggia d'Oro

It's a welcoming, clean place, small but equipped with just about everything you might need. The host was very helpful. The building is close to the lake and supermarkets.

It's in a quiet residential spot, far enough from traffic, but still close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We looked out onto the inner garden and had a balcony. The host was courteous and helpful, and there were lots of information brochures, plus discounts for amusement parks, restaurants, and bike and boat rentals. The apartment had plenty of appliances: a washing machine, microwave, iron, hairdryer, oven, coffee pod machine, moka pot, and air conditioning. The dishes, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures were clean. The sheets and towels were clean and in excellent condition, too. The double bed has wooden slats, and its mattress and pillows were in excellent shape. There were only a few mosquitoes despite the lack of screens. Some basics were missing: trash bags for sorting waste, a mat by the sink so the floor doesn't get wet, a dishcloth, and clothes pegs. A bigger clothesline would help as well. Mosquito nets and a working extractor hood would be welcome, especially since the sleeping area isn't fully separated from the living area in this studio. It could also use fresh paint and some replacement furniture, particularly in the bathroom. The bed and sofa bed each only fit one person, and the sofa bed's shape is uncomfortable. The cabinets, especially in the bathroom, along with the switches and handles, particularly on the microwave, need a more thorough cleaning.

The location is excellent, near the lake and local amenities. The apartment was spacious, well cared for, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

The cleaning was poor, and there were ants everywhere. The bedroom and bed were very small, and bathroom products were basically nonexistent.
