For what you get, it’s too expensive. It’s advertised as a 4 star hotel, but when you arrive it’s a residence without basic things like a toothbrush.

There was no hot water, the place felt old, there was no room service, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the bathroom smelled really bad. And there was more on top of that.

Terrible stay. There were ants in my bathroom.

The location is very peaceful, yet the historic center of Desenzano del Garda is just a short walk away, or you can take the bus that stops right in front. My son stayed for two weeks, and the apartments are new and fully furnished, with very good value for money. The property was clean and welcoming, and Emanuele, the caretaker, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Excellent for me. Fiorella
