Alissa at the front desk made our one-night stay especially pleasant. She was helpful and suggested lots of good restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the excellent shower pressure mattered to me. The outdoor swimming pool was there, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t rate it. A supermarket is just a one-minute walk away. It has a limited range, but the prices are very reasonable. The town is about a 20-minute walk, though there are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within five minutes of the hotel. Prices felt very reasonable for the quality, and I’d recommend staying here. The one thing I’d complain about is that the door lock is a little confusing to use.

The hotel team were so friendly, and they upgraded our room for free. We had a delightful stay, with a clean room and a big balcony that had a beautiful view. Thank you!

The bartenders were great, but the breakfast was poor and there were no pancakes. The cleaners came too early, and the rooms had no air conditioning.

The breakfast selection was better than I expected, and I can recommend the place. It’s in a very good spot, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was a decent size.

The service deserves far more than five stars. We got restaurant recommendations, directions, and tourist information, and breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice in a beautiful setting. The setting was perfect too. Our balcony room had such a lovely view, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the lake, followed by a beautiful 30-minute stroll along the water to Desenzano. The hotel exceeded all our expectations.
