Le Vele Affittacamere

The room was small, and the air conditioning was very loud and not very good.

It was easy to park, and we got into the city center and found the Notte Bianca (White Night). The owner also showed us nearby sights that were all free. Our room was spacious, clean and cool, with a lovely view, and the place was really quiet. Shame there weren't any coffee pods so we could make a good coffee!

We booked at the other property, Le Vele vacation rental, and were sent here without being told it was a different place. It's farther from the center and inconvenient if, like us, you're on foot. Our room for two had a kitchenette, but the space and furnishings could use an update, and the cleanliness wasn't great. There was no soundproofing at all, so it felt like we were all one big family. The windows looked onto a shared area, which made us uncomfortable. The young woman who greeted us was courteous and very kind. The man who rented us the room was less so, especially after we complained about being sent to a different property.

The rooms look nice, though the finish is spartan and superficial. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Dust was everywhere, the bathroom was in terrible hygienic shape, and the room floor was covered with hair mixed into the dust. Don't even think about walking barefoot. The shower water wouldn't drain because the drain nozzle was clogged with hair. To the owner, please give me an address where I can send a vacuum cleaner. I hope my children haven't caught tetanus. Never again.
