Residenza Elisa

We’ve just returned from four nights at Residenza Elisa, and had such a lovely trip. Pia and her daughter were kind, generous and welcoming. They even made my boyfriend’s birthday special with a homemade cake and a bottle of Prosecco in our room. The B&B is beautiful, with modern, well styled rooms that were exceptionally clean. Everything had been thought of, from the mini bar and slippers to the coffee machine and kettle, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including fruit salad, fresh juice and sweet options. Pia arranged a rental car for us through a company a few minutes’ walk away, and it was in good condition, so I’d recommend booking through her if you need one. The lakefront is a five-minute walk and the train station is 15 minutes away. Thanks so much, we couldn’t have had a better stay!

The lake and main square are only a few minutes away on foot. Our room was clean and roomy, and breakfast was a full 10/10. Everything about the stay felt just right.

We found a free lot nearby where we could leave the car day and night, and the B&B is in a quiet spot just a few minutes' walk from the Desenzano lakefront. Breakfast was fresh and came out quickly each morning. The host and assistant were so friendly, and those lovely floral scents from the patio welcomed us as soon as we arrived. It felt like home for our four nights from late May into June. We were really happy with our choice and would highly recommend it.

Hey, there are loads of good restaurants about a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and the lake isn't far either. There aren't many rooms, so book ahead if you're planning to stay here. I'd skip breakfast, though, since the dining area is cramped and there are only a few tables.
