The location was perfect, but the apartment itself was disappointing. We had apartment no. 1 for two people. There was dust in clouds on the cupboards, and the kitchenette was tucked inside a closet with just one wine glass. The bathroom mirror light had come out and didn’t work. The air conditioner leaked onto the bed, even after it was “repaired,” and we couldn’t get the room cold enough.

I’d give it more than five stars if I could, no joke. The room had plenty of space, with a table and chairs, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. My host was adorable. Breakfast was really good, and I enjoyed our lovely chats and the advice she gave me. Thanks again, Lorena. You’re a great person, take care!

The owner was so kind and friendly, and the studio is close to both the center and the lake. It has a lovely terrace, a roomy bathroom with a window, and a small kitchen in the bedroom that’s well equipped. I highly recommend it.

We slept so well here. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows won us over, and the rooms were spotless. The hostess was kind and accommodating, and breakfast was easily the best we had on our trip through Italy. There’s secure free parking and a fantastic crib, so it’s highly recommended for families with children. The B&B is a real hidden gem, about 100 meters from the lake. Desenzano is a beautiful, very clean town. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!

Breakfast had everything we needed, and the landlady was simply wonderful. We got a warm welcome at this sweet little villa in a fantastic spot. The room and bathroom were lovely and very clean, parking was on site, and the comfortable bed meant we slept well. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.
