We had a pitch right by the beach, and both we and our two dogs loved being there. We visited in October, and the bar was still open in the evening for food and drinks. The staff were friendly, and the modern toilets and showers were very clean. They ran on tokens and worked perfectly.

The toilet and shower block was the best we’ve come across in Italy so far: new, with hot showers, toilet seats, paper, hot water and soap. We stayed three nights in our campervan and wished we could have stayed longer. Out of season, you can get a VIP pitch right on the beach. It’s an easy walk into Diamante, and the onsite restaurant was open on Saturday. We paid €40.50 for three nights, including taxes. Thank you!

I’ve toured Italy and am in South Tyrol today, but this campsite is still on my mind. The location is wonderful, the staff were unforgettable and so pleasant, and the food was amazing. For me, it’s the best of them all. If you get the chance, go without hesitation.

We spent the winter holiday here from December 22 to 25, 2025, and had a front-row spot. Lots of people stay through the winter, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. At this time of year, dogs are welcome, even on the beach, with no problem. The place is nice and has a few restaurants. The shower block is new, and the entrance area is being renovated. Large motorhomes can fit, as long as you’re able to drive one 😉
