That late arrival was handled really well: our room was ready, with a sign showing its number. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The hotel was clean and organized, with attractive room styling and furniture. Its garden, trees, and decorations were lovely, and the clean pool was a comfortable temperature with a depth of 140 cm. The neighborhood felt relaxed, with plenty of places for pizza or spaghetti. A few things could be better. The shower wouldn't close all the way, so water got onto the floor. Parking costs a little extra, and the doors gave me the impression that security might be weak and anyone could get in. Those issues don't take away much from the many good points. It felt like a prestigious place with a southern character, and I'd recommend staying here.

The free shuttle 'bus' to the beach was a surprisingly useful extra, and having a supermarket nearby was convenient. My family and I had a wonderful week here over the summer. The staff were very helpful, and our apartment was clean and well equipped. It's not a five-star hotel, and the price reflects that. There might be small irritations, but nothing worth mentioning. For what we paid, the stay was much better than I expected. I'd definitely return for a family vacation.

We were really impressed by how clean everything was inside and how well the outdoor areas were cared for. Check-in was flexible, and the parking and location worked well too.

The room itself was nice, but it had a lingering smell of air freshener or something similar, apparently used to cover another odor. Even with the door wide open, it didn't go away. The place felt a bit institutional, with too many rules. You couldn't see the room before paying, and you had to empty your own garbage bin or pay extra for cleaning. If you locked yourself out after 8 pm, the charge was €50. Parking in the hotel grounds cost €7 extra, or €12 for the garage.
