Grand Hotel Diana Majestic

The people made this stay memorable. Everyone we met was friendly, capable, and personable, and their multilingual skills were impressive. The whole team clearly takes pride in their work. Mathilde at the Front Desk was especially warm and professional, while Vivien at the pool was cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with both heart and precision. We didn't get every name, but everyone contributed. From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff, we felt welcome and well cared for from the moment we arrived. The Grand Hotel Diana Majestic itself is a jewel on the Ligurian coast, spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set. Parking and beach chairs were included in the rate, which made things easier. Breakfast was outstanding, and the food throughout our stay was delightful. Thank you for showing us true hospitality. We'll most certainly be back!

The staff were friendly and the service was great, though the hotel is pricey. We had a positive stay in a quiet, comfortable room with beautiful views. We chose the classic room, which was practical, and the hotel itself has a traditional, old-fashioned feel. The facilities are good, including a private beach, although getting into the sea is rocky. Breakfast was good, thank you, Andrea! Dinner wasn't great, and the pool closing at 7 pm felt a bit early.

The beach setup felt less crowded than nearby because the sunbeds were spaced a decent distance apart. We had a perfect beach holiday, with very friendly staff who were always ready to help. The rooms were clean and freshly renovated, and the calm, green pool area has olive trees for shade.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and everything exceeded what I expected. I’d only picked the place from a map because of its location, but it turned out to be such a lovely surprise. I didn’t want to go home and wish I’d booked more nights. I’m planning to come back.
