We told the property in advance when we would arrive, but nobody was there to greet us. Nobody checked our documents or gave us a proper check-in. Instead, we were directed to our room over the phone through a camera system. The ground-floor apartment’s doors were already wide open when we got there. Inside, the hygiene was appalling. The room was full of insects, including kinds of bugs I’d never seen before, and we saw what looked like mouse droppings and other signs of pests or reptiles. We couldn’t stay for more than five minutes and left immediately. The place felt dark, neglected, and unsafe. There was no staff available, no proper reception, no guest support, and no real effort to fix the situation. It felt more like an abandoned building than somewhere operating as accommodation. Our experience also matched issues mentioned in earlier reviews, including insects, terrible smells, poor cleanliness, absent staff, rooms that didn’t match the photos, windowless unhealthy rooms, and rude or aggressive replies from the owner. This clearly didn’t feel like an isolated case. We received no real accommodation service, yet our refund request was refused. By basic consumer protection standards, this was a defective and unacceptable service. Leaving guests in unhealthy and unsafe conditions and then taking no responsibility is beyond unacceptable. It felt like a systematic way of mistreating guests, not just poor management. This is absolutely not suitable for families, especially those with small children. The hygiene and safety conditions were completely inappropriate for kids, and we strongly advise families with young children to avoid the property. The worst accommodation experience of my life. We’re also attaching photos and videos of the insects we managed to record. I strongly don’t recommend this place to anyone.
