Our room was ready before check-in, so the staff let us in early and then helped us work out the quickest public transport route back to the airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to a water taxi stop, with a lovely view over the backyard, but still felt quiet and peaceful. A great choice near the city center.

We had a lovely garden view from this newly renovated hotel. The neighborhood was calm, and the center was only one or two boat stops away. Service was great too. Recommended!

Hotiday and the hotel staff were really professional and respectful when I needed to make some changes. They were very helpful. The hotel was spotless and beautiful, with a wonderful garden and views. I’d happily recommend it.

My Booking.com reservation was canceled just a few days before the stay, even though I’d booked well ahead. Before that, someone using an external number had messaged me asking me to cancel the non-refundable booking because they supposedly couldn’t host me anymore. I thought it might be a scam, so I called Booking.com, and they said everything was fine. Then the cancellation came through anyway. I’d read other reviews describing similar experiences, so think carefully before booking here.

The room was spotless and very well kept, and the location was fantastic. Each vaporetto ride gave us great views of the main island. One thing I hadn’t expected was how many mosquitoes there were. I only opened the window for a moment and still spent much of the night getting bitten and barely sleeping. At check-in, the hotel could perhaps remind guests to keep the mosquito net shut, even in November.
