We had a good Christmas break here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and tidy. The facilities were about what you’d expect from a three-star hotel. A bigger lounge area would have been nice.

A straightforward, very clean hotel with polite staff. It’s close to the private beach, and about a 15-minute walk from the center of town.

The Helios Hotel is run by the neighboring Raffy Hotel. It was dirty and dated, with poor upkeep and cleaning, leaky taps, and no receptionist at the Helios Hotel. That leaves things at the mercy of the guests. Dogs were left barking in rooms, among other problems. It doesn’t deserve three stars, or even one. Paying €250 for two nights felt unfair for the poor service. The photos are just for show. It should have a receptionist there around the clock and qualified staff to keep things orderly and clean. I’d never go back. Thank you.
