Residence Villa Canepa

The pool is wonderful and spotless, and the residence also has plenty of indoor parking, a soccer field, a trampoline, and a children’s playground. The villa is beautiful and has been renovated beautifully, with a lovely, well-kept garden. Our apartment was bright, spotless, and had a modern, functional kitchen with an induction cooktop and dishwasher. The rooms stayed cool and well ventilated even in the middle of the day, so we didn’t need the air conditioning. The bathroom was beautiful, with high-end fixtures. The very kind Mrs. Sara and her delightful husband were always quick to help. We found this beautiful residence online while looking for an alternative to a trip we hadn’t planned. The photos had us looking forward to the stay, but once we arrived, it was even better than they suggested. Residence Villa Canepa has an atmosphere of kindness, friendliness, and attention to detail that made the stay unforgettable. We spent a wonderful week in a fabulous place. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

The pool is beautiful and always spotless, though it isn’t heated. There’s plenty of space for adults and children, and the accommodations are large, though not enormous. The one with a terrace is especially beautiful, and all the spaces are air-conditioned. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was good, though it could be better. We were without water for a day and a half because of serious water shortages in the Diano Marina area, caused by burst pipes in the Imperia aqueduct. We had to contact the owner, who was in Bergamo, to get the running water restored to the accommodations. The building has a cistern for emergencies, but it was too small to cope with this situation. A much bigger one should have been installed during the extensive renovation of the old farmhouse, but unfortunately the owner was given bad advice by the person who designed the project. Despite the mishap, it’s a truly beautiful place for a family stay, even with small children. The sea is a 15-minute walk away.

The owners were kind, friendly, and helpful, and we had a lovely week with friends. Our spacious accommodation was fully equipped, with towels and sheets included. There’s a nice pool, a soccer field, toys for children, and a common room with ping pong and games. Supermarkets are nearby, while the sea is a 15-minute walk and the town center is 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Sara, who manages the beautiful Villa Canepa, found us a solution at the last minute with three apartments after we had to cancel a campsite because its pool was being renovated. The pool here was exceptional, and the apartments were fully equipped. There’s also a soccer field and various games for children, and the place is close to the city center. Better than a campsite 👌👍.
