Hotel Schopfenhof was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the views around it were beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I had a really nice stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay, from the welcome at the front desk to the infinity pool and restaurant. Alma was always cheerful and professional, and her wine suggestions were spot on. The other waitress wasn't well prepared and couldn't understand our orders because she didn't speak English or German. The girl at the bar was always welcoming and very sweet. We definitely recommend staying here!

The heated pool facing the mountains was my favorite part, and the balcony view was breathtaking too. Our room was spotless, modern, and clearly designed with care. The wellness area is gorgeous, and the staff were so welcoming, even putting on a reception the day we arrived. Kids are well catered for, with a playground and bunnies to see. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I can’t wait to return.

Dinner was one of the best meals we had on our trip through the Dolomites and Venice. There was plenty of choice, and everything we ordered was delicious. Breakfast was generous too, with eggs, bread, meats, cheeses, pastries, and enough to satisfy my Irish appetite before a day in the mountains. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and attentive. A special mention to the front desk gentleman with excellent English, who patiently handled my tipsy request for more wine after dinner. We especially enjoyed the wellness area, from the outdoor pool to the large, hot sauna with its glass wall and mountain views. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with incredible scenery. The hotel is also well placed for San Candido, Toblach, and the wider region. It was the most enjoyable hotel stay I’ve ever had. Thanks for making it so good. We’ll be back soon! Joseph and Chanida
