It was okay.

Our bed was very comfortable, and the location was quiet, close to the local Sferisterio stadium. Room 111 was spacious and comfortable, on a corner with a window facing the small Piazzetta di San Rocco. Cleanliness could be better, and breakfast was very limited, just the bare minimum of desserts. It can be easy to miss someone when you arrive, so call the phone numbers posted on the front door. They provide keys for coming back late at night. The nearby commercial space is in the same building, but it isn’t part of the hotel.

I’ve known Dogliani for years and have spent part of my life there. Hotel Il Giardino is a wonderful place where I feel happy and at ease. Savio and Graziella, the owners, are lovely people, attentive to everything and incredibly helpful. Thanks again for all you’ve done and for making my family and me feel so welcome. Marco.

The hostess was friendly, and the rooms were clean and quiet. It’s in a strategic spot with plenty of parking, even for large vehicles.
