B&B Ossola

Breakfast arrived every morning, with freshly baked sweets, and there’s a garden with some play equipment for children beside the building. We had a great time at the Ossola Bed and Breakfast. A kind lady greeted us, introduced herself, and showed us to our apartment. The room felt cozy, though it was a bit cramped and had a 1970s-1980s style. Guest accommodations are in the three-floor building. The location is fairly quiet, but somewhat isolated from the city center, so you’ll need to walk or drive there.

The historic center is only a 10-minute walk away, and the well-kept outdoor garden is a real bonus in summer. This family-run B&B has owners whose kindness feels like something from another era. I stayed just a couple of days, but they made me feel at home and were very accommodating. The apartment has been recently renovated with top-quality finishes, and it was cleaned impeccably every day. Definitely recommended.

This might be fine in winter, but the apartment gets too hot in summer without air conditioning. We couldn't open the windows because of the tiger mosquitoes. The kitchen is missing equipment, and the bed is old and uncomfortable.

We felt right at home thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The property is clean and well maintained, in an excellent location. Breakfast was plentiful, and the seasonal fruit was a real treat.
