I work in hospitality, and the way we were treated fell far short. I was seven months pregnant and dealing with fibroid pain, and I urgently needed a bathroom away from the crowded train station toilets so I could pee and take my medicine. My husband and I asked if I could use the bathroom, and the two women at reception were very mean. I usually ask women, hoping they'll understand, but they seemed irritated that I asked for a little help. I can't give the service zero stars, but I can't imagine spending money at a place like this. It's 2026, and pregnancy can be really challenging. If you're a pregnant woman who needs to pee, don't go there.

The bistro was amazing, and dinner was an excellent three-course menu for only EUR 20, made by the same kitchen as the Michelin restaurant. The breakfast buffet had the same quality and quantity. We also slept really well in a spotless room with a great bed and a beautifully designed bathroom. The hotel and restaurant are very well managed, with tasteful interiors and friendly, motivated, helpful staff. Thanks for a great stay!

After a long day of travel, it was frustrating to arrive late and find the parking lot full, then have to search for another option. The room was very small and dark.

The room, a suite, was fantastic, clean, and worthy of five stars. Atelier was delicious, and although we expected small portions, there was too much food for us. Everything else was better than expected, and the service was great. The only improvement I can think of is that the service lady in Atelier didn't speak English.

We only wish we'd had more time to stay. The room was SO amazing, with an incredible bed and a shower and bath that were out of this world. We couldn't have chosen a more beautiful place for our wedding anniversary.
