Enrico is a real asset. The place is in a very quiet area, conveniently close to both the beaches and local amenities.

The beaches were unforgettable, and Enrico, the manager, was just as courteous. The house matched the photos and was very clean and well cared for. It had all the comforts listed in the description. A well-stocked market is only a five-minute walk away, while the area's beaches are a convenient drive, at least five minutes.

We were six adults and six children, staying in Caterina's two apartments and Adriana's one, and had a wonderful time. The garden gave the kids plenty of room to play, and the barbecue areas were practical and well equipped. In Caterina's larger apartment, we could all eat breakfast together on the big outdoor patio, and had fabulous dinners outside too. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and ideal for a restful break or for visiting Chia's wonderful beaches. Just a few minutes by car takes you to lovely restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetables from local growers, and a market. Mirage is even within walking distance. The owners and manager were friendly and always available. We spent two weeks there with another family in a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms with separate showers, and a large living area. Outside, there was a big patio and garden, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. The house has plenty of comforts, including air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living area, a washing machine, and ample parking.
