A really nice house for a couple of days. The outdoor shower was a lovely extra.

We had a very satisfying stay at the Cipalilla vacation home. It’s in lovely countryside, a few kilometers from Chia’s best-known beaches, with a peaceful feel all around. From the terrace, you can see Chia Tower against the bright blue sea. Maria Rita and her brother look after the properties very well, with care for recycling and the environment. We didn’t get the chance to meet her brother in person, but Maria Rita was friendly. Inside, the two-floor house is tidy and carefully maintained. There’s a welcoming living space, a modern kitchen with wooden ceiling beams, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are charming but simple. There are two bathrooms with roomy showers, a guest bathroom with a washing machine, and a handy outdoor shower in the garden. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for quiet and unspoiled nature.

A beautiful view and close to the beaches, this is an amazing spot. The house is very new, comfortable, and fully equipped. And don’t overlook the air conditioning in every room.

The apartment was clean and pleasant, with an outdoor shower. Maria, the owner, is very kind.
