A convenient spot for driving to the best beaches, and breakfast at the bar across the street was good. We stayed six nights, but the rooms smelled damp, the bathroom was dusty, and there was mold in the shower. When we asked, they gave us sheets and towels so we could change them ourselves. The owners weren't especially helpful.

We were left standing in the street and weren't even allowed inside. The owner had offered check-in until midnight, but when we arrived at 11:15 PM he sounded irritated and said he had to sleep. Our reservation was for four, although there were only three beds. We were willing to pay double for the extra person and make do, but there was no way to talk it through with him. He practically shut the door on the fourth person. I strongly advise against booking here. The gentleman was arrogant and overbearing.

The owner was friendly, and the location is great, close to the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The property feels somewhat dated, with older furniture and acceptable cleanliness. It's a shame there are no mosquito screens to keep out flies and mosquitoes.

The price was far too high for the conditions. I paid 100 euros a day for a place that wasn't even worth 30, and saw that in early September they were asking 168. I felt it was a rip-off, and I wouldn't stay again even if it were the last property available. I'm not demanding, but the price should be fair for what's offered. The room had old, repainted furniture, worn linens, a squeaky bed, and a badly made bed with only a mattress cover and no fitted sheet. There was damp and peeling paint on the walls. The small bathroom had no window or ventilation, and its shower was old and narrow. Towels weren't changed, shower gel wasn't replenished, and we had to clean the room ourselves. Wi-Fi barely worked, and the AC was noisy. The garden wasn't cleaned daily. We couldn't leave the balcony door open because people on the other terraces could see in, and the rooms facing the street had the same problem. In the hallway there was a smell of sewage and mold. After the welcome, the manager was unfriendly and intimidating, always grumpy and seemingly unable to say hello. When many people mentioned this on booking, he told them to look at other reviews, which were probably from friends and relatives. Never again.
