The beach and sea are lovely, around a 15-minute walk away. The place itself was nice, but nearby shops weren't good for picking up food and drinks. When our group of seven arrived at Sa Tiria, we found just one bottle of water.

Plenty of space, clean, and well located. Only drawback was no dishwasher.

It's a ground-floor apartment with a little garden, one double bedroom, and two bathrooms. The living room has three extra beds that fold out from sofa beds. Close to Chia Laguna, it's easy to get to Su Giudeu and Cala Cipolla, while Tuerredda is about a ten-minute drive. Restaurants and pizzerias are 5-10 minutes away by car.

Chia's beach is absolutely beautiful, but the stay wasn't what we'd hoped for. There were ants when we arrived, and the rooms smelled musty. The stove ran out of gas on day three, and the breakfast they promised as compensation never showed up. Also, no coffee machine, which was a shame.

The sea view from this lovely apartment feels like a dream. It's clean, the service is friendly, and the location works well for exploring Sardinia's southern coast. Recommended!
