We loved the smaller, private inn feel at Aquadulci. Together we've stayed in over two dozen countries, and this was one of our top three hotel stays. The room was gorgeous, with two balconies looking out over the ocean where we read during breaks from the sun. The hotel feels like a small luxury boutique place, but we still got a five-star experience. It's a beautiful, peaceful oasis, with a pool and a beach a short walk away. We were there in the off season, so the water was too cold to swim, but walking along the shore and watching the sunset was still lovely. The staff made us feel welcome right away and did a lot to make us comfortable. They arranged a boat ride for us before our stay, and it ended up being our favorite day of the trip. Breakfast had an incredible number of choices, and dinner was just as good. Chia is sparsely populated, so restaurant options are limited, but the coastline feels unspoiled.

Dinner had one downside: some guests let their kids use the restaurant like a playground, and we would have appreciated it if staff had said something. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and had the equipment we needed, and both breakfast and the other food were really good. It's a peaceful spot with a nice pool and a beautiful beach about five minutes away on foot.

The facilities were really good, but it was the people who made the hotel feel like home straight away. Everyone greeted me with such kindness and professionalism. Valentina, Daniela, Lisa, Andrea, and Marco, thank you for making my stay so memorable and welcoming. Hospitality at its best! The hotel itself is an elegant, luxurious boutique place by a picturesque beach in southern Sardinia. Such a beautiful sanctuary. GRAZIE ♥️🇮🇹

The garden, pool, and beach right nearby are gorgeous, and the setting is lovely for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. The room was comfortable, with a nice bed and a good shower, though the pillows could be better. For £730 for 3 nights, I didn't feel the hotel was good value for what it offers. There's no iron, and getting anything ironed means paying for the full laundry service. I also wish they'd leave a complimentary bottle of water each morning. It's the only hotel we've stayed at that didn't, and a small bottle from the minibar costs €3. At check-in, more of an introduction to the hotel and the surrounding area would have been helpful.
