The room was really nice, and the customer service was awesome. The guys gave us extra blankets and advice for our stay, which we appreciated. The reason I can't give five stars is the nonstop structural knocking in the building all night, in room 104. Thanks so much for the help.

The room was nice, but there were bedbugs. I tried to raise the issue and the manager ignored us. I complained to Booking.com, but the hotel refused to refund us. The road outside is very dirty, and the in-room facilities aren't great either. I don't recommend it.

The room was really nice, clean, and felt safe, and the elevator was super useful. The place is near the metro and a supermarket, though not near the center. I stayed three days with two friends. The only bad part was that there were no blankets. When we asked for some, they replied the next day that they couldn't provide any. Apart from that, it was a great stay.

The location worked well for the MiCo conference center, with a great supermarket downstairs and transport nearby. Nothing ruined our time, but there were several issues worth mentioning. We had no hot water for 30 hours, and the shower had no door, so water flooded out every time. The TV was nearly useless. Market setup under our window started early, and cleanup went on late, making a lot of noise. The fridge also stopped working, though we were able to use the cleaning staff's fridge.

Don't post negative comments about this lovely Red Ribbon hotel until you've visited city life sempione on Francesco Koristka 3. Want to lose your money? Come here. Your luggage will be unsealed and your things will disappear, and the excuse will be... wind. 2000 euro for 2 weeks. You're welcome.
