The garden might be nice, but it was too hot to sit out there before 8 pm. Once it got cooler, it was completely dark, with no outdoor lights, so we ate by candlelight and used our phone torches. Inside, it was basically a bed and an air-conditioned room. The photos give a much better impression than the place itself. Everything was switched off when we arrived, including the air conditioning and fridge, and we had to wait about an hour before we could put away our food and drinks. There was another fridge outside with what seemed to be breakfast items and snacks, but it was locked and there were no instructions on opening it. There were no clear rules or guidance, and everything was in Italian, which would be hard for a foreign visitor to follow. The only basics provided were bed linen and a few towels, so bring soap, shampoo or shower gel, and a hair dryer. There are Airbnbs nearby that look more like actual B&Bs.

Chia's beaches are only about a ten-minute drive away, and I had a lovely six-day stay. My seaside room stayed cool enough that I never needed the air conditioning. Morena was helpful, even letting me use a nearby fridge/freezer for ice cubes for my beach cooler. The room fridge was noisy and had no freezer, and the furnishings and bed are a little dated. Still, I have no real complaints. It's very good value, and I'd happily recommend it.

The outdoor areas and greenery were really well cared for, and the location made it easy to get to Chia and its lovely beaches. We stayed in the sun room, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a very roomy outdoor bathroom. Rest wasn't easy, though. There's a farm just above the B&B, and its rooster started up at 5 in the morning. The fridge was also unbearably loud at night. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, there's no breakfast, and rooms are cleaned every three days, which meant just one cleaning during our week. Not a great choice if you want a quiet, restful holiday.

The owner was really kind and ready to help with anything. The place is on the outskirts, with the beach at Chia about ten minutes away. Good value for the money, and I'll definitely come back. The only letdown was that Wi-Fi didn't work well in every room.

We had a lovely stay. The place is quiet and surrounded by greenery, with a roomy bedroom and bathroom. There's air conditioning, a fridge, and free parking on site. Chia's beaches are all about a ten-minute drive away.
