Carmela's cooking was excellent, made with real care, and Pietro was always around with advice or just a friendly chat. He’s a genuinely kind host. We spent eight days on half-board at this relaxing agriturismo, surrounded by greenery between the mountains and the sea. The beaches were easy to reach on well-maintained roads. I’ve just come home and already miss the place. The Lapia family looked after us so warmly for four days, like we were staying with my aunt and uncle and our cousins. They were professional but never intrusive, kept the room clean, served genuine food and paid attention to what we needed. It was great value, too. I’m glad I found a real agriturismo on my beautiful island, one that deserves to grow. If you’re after a hotel with a pool or a restaurant pretending to be an agriturismo, this may not be the place for you. It sits in the mountains, a short walk from lovely beaches like Cala Osala and Cala Cartoe, and a few kilometers from places such as Cala Gonone and Dorgali. The family made us feel so welcome and were always attentive and helpful. We had a great time in the simple, clean rooms, and the farmhouse sits in a wonderful, well-placed area. Carmela's cooking was incredibly tasty, and there was plenty of it.
