When we arrived, the manager was hostile toward my family and refused to serve us. They asked us to cancel the reservation, and we did as requested. They said the 80 euro deposit would be refunded, but it never was. I've never been treated so rudely in all my travels.

Terminus B&B is about a five-minute walk from the center of Villa Strada. Rooms have garden views, and guests can use the free private parking, garden, luggage storage, TV and kitchen utensils. Pets aren't allowed. The listed room option is 40 square meters for two people, with a garden view, coffee machine, air conditioning with hot and cold settings, shower and heating. There's also spa and relaxation access. It's 45 km from Parma Giuseppe Verdi Airport, 4 km from the civic tower, and 43 km from Modena. A shuttle runs from Parma airport to Villa Strada, while buses and taxis are available from Mantua station.

Antonio was really kind and helpful. The place is modern and beautifully furnished, cozy despite being in a very quiet area. Bigger shops are easy to reach by car.

Stylish, thoughtfully designed, peaceful and comfortable. It's a beautiful property, though I guess it's not for everyone. A place for people who appreciate it. I'll come back.
