B&B Villa Molinello

We felt right at home here. The staff were so kind, and the owner, Andrea, was wonderful. He even spoiled our Zoe 🐶. It also seems like a great place for dog boarding. Such a lovely spot, well done, Andrea.

Andrea has that classic Romagna mix of being a bit rough around the edges and warm-hearted. The welcome was wonderful, and the place, set among Romagna's green hills, would also suit a spiritual retreat or meditation.

There are lots of little spots in the garden to settle into and enjoy the scenery, plus a large lawn with loungers for sunbathing. The setting is a real gem in the green Romagna Apennines, with a lovely rural feel. Inside, the rustic furnishings are tasteful, and everything feels cared for, clean, and welcoming. Andrea is kind and friendly, and wants guests to feel at home. Dogs are welcome too.

The countryside views are lovely, with a pond and even a donkey. In the garden, the sofas, music, and lights made for a really nice atmosphere, and when we arrived the manager kindly put together a great aperitif. She can make an aperitif dinner if you ask. We came last weekend for a quiet break as a couple and found exactly that. Breakfast was huge, served in the galley from 8-10, with savory choices, homemade cakes, tea, coffee and milk, fresh fruit, yogurt, jams, toast, and fruit juice. You could also make your own juice or smoothie. The manager mentioned some new projects they're working on, so we'll come back!
