Villa Garden

We only spent one night in Gasponi, but we're so glad we found this place. The tuna steak and swordfish fillet were the best fish we've ever had, fresh and full of flavor. The meal came quickly, and the evening felt easy and relaxed. The staff were kind and welcoming, chatting with us about our trip and making us feel like part of the family. It's a lovely family-run place and one of our favorite memories from Italy. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The grounds and landscape are beautiful, and the views are gorgeous. The sea bass was amazing, cooked just right, and the best I've had here in Calabria. We also enjoyed the calamari, prawns, and grilled vegetables. The location and service were good too.

We picked a garden table overlooking the pool after a warm welcome from the staff. The plentiful dishes were nicely presented, and we ate very well with the house wine. The varied appetizer was good, the sea bass with almonds was exquisite, and the fritto misto was delicate. At the end of dinner I thanked the staff for making the evening so enjoyable.

We loved the food, from the generous starters to the grilled seafood, all made with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the place is quiet with breathtaking views. A real gem for seafood, highly recommended.
