Villa Borgo was amazing, with a lovely pool and garden area. We visited last August and met Tommaso, Nicoletta, and Nicholas, who were all super kind, friendly, and polite. Breakfast had so much variety and was incredible, and we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Thank you! We’ll be back. Evelyn, Mariela and Julio.

The breakfast was top class, and relaxing beside the pool was perfect, though it was a little too cold for swimming in October. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and even smells lovely. We had a fantastic stay.

Duino is such a picturesque little village, and Villa Borgo feels like a gem tucked into it. The guest house is welcoming, with spotless rooms and a style that’s lovely without giving up comfort. I’d happily stay for a couple of nights or longer, in winter or the height of summer. I can’t recommend it enough.

Our kids were completely taken with the pool, and Tommaso’s cooking was a real treat. We also had a great breakfast each morning. We stayed with my lovely wife and our two children, and found thoughtful little touches all around the house, comfortable rooms, and wonderful hosts. A perfect spot for a short holiday. Highly recommend!

The breakfasts and home-cooked dinners were the highlight for us, and the owners made us feel right at home. Our bedroom was spacious and cleaned daily, with a bathroom that had everything we needed. The whole hotel felt clean and cosy. We’d love to come back in summer and make use of the pool.
