Camping Adamello

The views are incredible, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasant, family-run campground, mostly for permanent trailers, with tent pitches on lush grass. The washing facilities are clean, though they’re showing their age.

A good spot for cycling, with a clean, spacious pitch for our tent and a welcoming team. The campsite has a great view. Getting up here from Edolo takes some effort if you’re on a bike tour too 😊

The camping is a little outside Edolo, on the route to or from Aprica. It’s small but well organized, with bungalows and pitches for caravans or tents, in a quiet setting among tall mountains and forests. The facilities are clean and well equipped. The bar has a lovely patio and view, a nice place to sit and relax for a while. The bar service is quite basic, and there’s no restaurant or mini market. Still, it’s ideal for a short stay. It’s open in both winter and summer.

The owner was really kind and helpful when we arrived. He showed us four available pitches and pointed out the best spots for shade during our stay. Adamello is a modest campsite with basic facilities, but they’re more than enough. The toilets look pretty vintage, though they work well and are very clean, and there are hairdryers. The small campsite is on the outskirts of beautiful Edolo, laid out across three levels. The middle level is the largest and mostly for tents and camping cars, with a few bungalows too. It’s quiet and green, with a mix of guests, including mostly Italian families, young couples, and groups of bikers, hikers, and cyclists from different countries.
