Eraclea Palace Appartements

The hotel was quiet and very family-oriented, with incredible staff who went out of their way to help us several times. The gym had everything we needed, the pool and its surroundings were always clean, and the lobby felt tidy and welcoming. We skipped breakfast there and went across the street to “living Eraclea Mare” instead. The owner was lovely and kind, and did her best despite not speaking much English. Breakfast was delicious and half the hotel price. The location is handy for most things and close to the beach, and the pine forest is lovely for a walk or bike ride. Hotel bikes cost E1.50 for an hour, E5.00 for half a day, and a little more for a full day. We rode for 6.6 hours and were charged only E5.00 each. Breakfast costs E12.00 per day if you have it every morning of your stay, billed directly to you, or E15.00 if you only go once or twice. There’s also a complimentary coffee station in the lobby, kept clean with fresh water and cookies. A very nice place, I’d highly recommend it.

Nadia, the owner, was there too, and she was warm and professional. The reception team were also kind and professional from the start, and the hotel worked perfectly for our family. Everything was very clean, from the rooms to the public areas. The food was delicious, and the waiters were quick to help. A big thank you to Hicham the waiters supervisor, he was perfect! We especially liked the rooftop pool, with separate pools for little ones and adults, plus three jacuzzis for family relaxation. Fresh pizza is available to order, and there’s a bar serving fresh drinks. We had a wonderful holiday and great service. See you next year! Aumaima! ❤️

It really feels like a second home now. This was our fourth visit, and the apartment has everything we need, including brilliant facilities, especially the dishwasher. The staff are so helpful, and the hotel is clean. It’s handy for the beach and easy to get into Jesolo, while Eraclea stays nice and quiet. The local supermarket and shop staff are wonderful and patient with our limited Italian. Can’t wait to return! 🥰🥰🥰

We’ve stayed here three times over the past two years and would happily return. It’s a great place, with friendly staff and a good location. Being dog-friendly was especially important to us.
