The food was on another level. I haven't eaten this well in years. It's an older hotel, but everything was clean and pleasant, and the rooms had what we needed for a seaside holiday. The family who owns it were lovely and always ready to help. Our accommodation price included a sunbed and umbrella on the beach, with a locker in the table. The place was cozy and nice, and the service was excellent. We had a perfect holiday in Italy. Thank you, Hotel Sole.

The rooms are a bit cramped for a three star hotel, but they're really just for sleeping. The service is impeccable, and one of the owners serves excellent food with a smile and plenty of friendliness. The owners' mother, who is 86, prepares everything in the kitchen with her grandson. You cross a pine forest to reach the beach, which takes about 10 minutes. Breakfast is included, as are the private beach and parking. For a few days of detox, it's an excellent choice. Eraclea a Mare is a small town, but the center and the adjacent Via Dancalia have all the amenities you need.

The owners are very friendly. We've stayed twice and felt at home straight away. Everything is easy to reach, and the rooms are a good size and well maintained.
